One of the strengths of “da MAria Grazia” is undoubtedly the excellent quality of the products identified and used to prepare the dishes on its menu. A spasmodic attention that does not stop at the process of putting together fine food products, with particular characteristics and able to cater to the needs of the client, but goes beyond and becomes a quest for particular features and innovation, with the aim of always finding and proposing tasty new dishes. Whether with products better or lesser known to the public, the restaurant’s mission remains that of recounting their origin, where they come from, their link with the tradition of the place and its history; through these details a sensory experience is created which will remain indelible for the client.
The
Perfect Mix
Among the restaurant’s many proposals are platters of Italian and French cheeses and Italian and Spanish cold cuts and salami. These range from double crown San Daniele or Parma ham to Jamòn Serrano and Pata Negra. All rigorously certified and with excellent nutritional and organoleptic properties. These are prepared and paired to create opportunities for tastings, aperitifs or four-portion starters to whet the appetite. Then there are first courses to suit all tastes, selected meats, such as Chianina and Marchigiana, grilled, seasonal vegetables, oysters and prawns. Not to mention the excellent desserts of the house to conclude a tasty dinner, enjoyed in the most unconventional restaurant-bistro in Capri.
